Use these easy microwave oven steps to make Ghee.

Ingredient:

• 500 grams Full fat cream

Instructions:

1.Place the full fat cream in a microwave safe glass bowl.

2. Place it in the microwave oven and heat at 100% micro power level for 5 mins.

3. The ghee will be ready with residual milk solids. Strain the ghee.

4. Once cooled, transfer to an air tight jar. Use as required.
