Delivery and Return –

    • The products on are available in select cities within India.
    • The delivery days shall be all weekdays, with an exception to National Holidays and any other public holiday.
    • Delivery shall be made within 5-15 business days from the time of purchase. However, depending on the billing address delivery in remote areas may take more than 15 business days.
    • The delivery shall be made by a third party logistics partner (3PL) and IFB Appliances shall not be responsible for any delay in delivery of the products.
    • The Buyer/Customer specifically waives any claim pertaining to delay in delivery of products.

         Return & Refund Policy                   

    • The damaged goods maybe returned subject to the policy of IFB Appliances.
    • Customer may return any new appliance/product purchased from IFB Appliances that is dead on arrival, arrives in damaged condition or has any major variance from the agreed specifications.
    •  IFB Appliances reserves the right to test and inspect the appliance/product.
    • If the product is found to meet one of the above criteria the customer will be given the choice for replacement.
    •  Replacement will take up to 7 working days after confirmation of replacement initiation from IFB Appliances. Under special circumstance, a refund may be initiated. In such cases, the refund will take up to 7 working days to reflect in the customer’s account, pending confirmation of refund initiation from IFB Appliances.
    •  Any appliance/product i.e. damaged through customer misuse has missing parts or is in an unsalable condition due to customer tampering will not be accepted for returns. IFB Appliances will not accept return or refund of any appliance/product more than 15 days after customers receives the shipment.


          Cancellation Before Dispatch                  

    • You can cancel your order at any time before the product(s) has been shipped without incurring any fees. Please note that there may be a delay between the time that the product(s) has been shipped and you receive the dispatch confirmation communication. In such cases where cancellation has occurred between when the order has been shipped and communication of the same has been sent, the final decision of whether your order had been shipped before you cancelled your order will be at the sole discretion of IFB. If there are any refunds, IFB will handle them in accordance with the existing refund policy.


          Cancellation at the time of Delivery

    • You can cancel your order at the time during delivery, but you will have to pay IFB a penalty that IFB will choose at its sole discretion. The costs of packaging, payment gateway fees, delivery fees, costs associated with rerouting or returning the product(s), and any other expenses incurred by IFB as a result of the cancellation of your order may be included in this penalty.


    • The IFB Appliance Product warranty obligations are limited to those set forth in the printed literature included with the products.

          Limitations of Damages & Liability

    • IFB Appliances shall not be liable to the customer for any special, incidental, consequential or punitive damages, or for any claim by any third-party.
    • The customer agrees that for any liability related to the purchase of Products, IFB Appliances shall not be liable for any amount of damages above the amount paid by the customer for the purchase of the product under these terms and conditions.
