How much detergent do I need for each load?

This depends on the hardness of your water and the soil in your clothing. See the instructions on the detergent package for specific guidelines. If soap suds remain at the end of the cycle, you are probably using too much detergent. IFB recommend 25 grams detergent for full load and 15 grams for half load if the water hardness is normal.

What water level setting should I use for my load size?

Description of washer water level and typical load size: Water Level Setting Typical Load Size- Small - when your laundry occupies less than 1/3 area of the machine. Medium - when your laundry occupies between 1/3 and 1/2 area of the machine. Large - when your laundry occupies between 1/2 and 2/3 area of the machine. Extra Large and Super - when your laundry occupies over 2/3 area of the machine. We recommend trying to match water levels and load size as closely as possible. Using too much water can result in poor washing performance due to lower detergent ratio. Using too little water can cause poor rinsing, lint issues, wrinkling, and excessive wear on fabrics.

Why does my washer spin and stop repeatedly?

If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it is normally rolled back by banks within 7 business days. The time taken can vary from bank to bank and we unfortunately won't be able to expedite this. Please check with your bank for more details. If your bank informs you otherwise please get back to us. If the money has been credited to our account we would initiate refund within 3 days of your request. Receipt of the refund would however depend on the mode of payment mode chosen by you.
