How do I know my last order has been confirmed?

After checkout, your order is processed internally (and immediately). IFB will send a confirmation mail for your order, to the email address associated with your IFB order/account. In this mail you will be provided with a unique Order ID (eg. OD01202130213) for your reference with our customer service team, a listing of the item(s) you have ordered and an expected time of delivery.

How do I check the current status of my orders?

When & how can I cancel an order?

You can request for cancellation of the order before delivery by clicking on the 'Cancel Order' link provided in your account or get in touch with our team at (1860 208 5678  & 1860 425 5678. Once you provide your order number, our team will verify you as the right customer and cancel the order for you.

Is it possible to order a product that is "Out of stock"?

Unfortunately, we do not have these products available for sale, but please drop in your email ID and phone number, and we will get in touch with you as soon as we have stock.

Do you take orders over phone?

I am placing an order as a gift to my loved one. Will she receive the price tags & invoice?

Yes, because of the prevalent regulations we send the invoice along with the product. Tags are also left intact so that a product can be returned if your loved one faces any problem with it.

How do I pay for an IFB Appliance purchase?

IFB offers you multiple payment methods. Whatever your online mode of payment, you are rest assured that IFB's trusted payment gateway partners use secure encryption technology to keep your transaction details confidential at all times.You can pay using all credit cards issued by all major banks and debit cards issued by all leading Indian banks. I tried placing my order using my debit/credit card/net banking but the order was not successful. What happens to the money deducted from the card?

Please check your bank/credit card account to first ensure if your account has been debited. If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it is normally rolled back by banks within 7 business days. The time taken can vary from bank to bank and we unfortunately won't be able to expedite this. Please check with your bank for more details. If your bank informs you otherwise please get back to us. If the money has been credited to our account we would initiate refund within 3 days of your request. Receipt of the refund would however depend on the mode of payment mode chosen by you. The expected timelines are as below: Net Banking 2-4 business days Debit Card 5-7 business days Credit Card 7-21 business days

There are zero hidden charges when you make a purchase on IFBappliances.com. The prices listed for all the items are final and all-inclusive. The price you see on the product page is exactly what you pay. In fact, we waive off the shipping charge for delivery on orders.

What is cash on delivery?

The Cash on Delivery (C-O-D) payment method instead. With C-O-D you can pay in cash at the time of actual delivery of the product at your doorstep, without requiring you to make any advance payment online. However, we recommend you check if the C-O-D facility is available in your city using the pincode checker.
