Gluten Free Pizza

Ingredients:
Pizza Base:
- 1 cup ragi flour
- 1/4 cup gram flour
- 1/2 cup jowar flour
- 1/4 cup maize flour
- 2 tbsp of oil
- ½ cup water
- ½ cup milk
- ½ tsp baking soda
Seasonings:
- Salt
- Herb seasoning
Toppings:
- 4 tbsp Pizza sauce
- 50 gms cherry tomatoes
- 50 gms mozzarella cheese
- A few basil leaves
Preparation:
- Select the program and pre heat the oven. Pour all ingredients for pizza base and seasonings in a bowl and knead it (Except ingredients for Topping). This will result in the dough after you knead it for some time.
- After kneading, let it rest for 30 min. Once rested, roll these out into circular pizza bases with a rolling pin. Butter the bottom of the pizza bases so it does not stick to the baking pan.
- Bake the pizza base on a greased baking tray for 12 mins at 180°C.
- Remove the pizza the base from the oven, spread the pizza sauce on the pizza base. Slit the cherry tomatoes into halves, break the basil leaves by hand and top these on the pizza base.
- Crumble the mozzarella cheese by hand and top it over the top.
- Transfer on to the baking plate; put the pizza inside the oven cavity. Bake for 10 mins at 180°C till the pizza cheese melts completely and browns moderately.
