Cook time: 20 mins

Ingredients:

  • 350 gms basa fish fillet (cut into 4cm*4cm)
  • ½ cup hung curd
  • 4 tbsp oil
  • 2 tbsp onion paste
  • 1 tsp ginger paste
  • 1 tsp garlic paste
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1/4 tsp ajwain
  • 1 tbsp red chili powder
  • To taste salt
  • Fresh coriander for garnish

Preparation:

  1. In a large bowl, add all the marinade ingredients and whisk to a smooth paste
  2. Now add the powdered spices and whisk everything evenly
  3. Wash fish chunks & add them to the marinade, using your hand evenly, coat all sides
  4. Cover the marinated bowl with a lid and refrigerate for an hour
  5. Skew the fish and put some coriander on it. Place the fish on a grill rack
  6. Select Grill mode and heat for 20 mins
  7. Serve hot with green chutney
