Exotic Roast Vegetables

Program: Top Grill Heater + Back Convection Heater Fan

Preheat temp: 180*C | Pre heat time: 10 mins

Cook temp: 180*C | Cook time: 15 mins


  • 2 cup Broccoli Florets
  • 2 cups Button Mushrooms cut into quarters with stem
  • 1 cups Yellow Zucchini big dices
  • 1 cups Green Zucchini big dices
  • 1 cups Baby Corn big dices
  • 1 Red Bell Pepper, big dices
  • 1 Red Onion, big dices
  • 2 tbsps Olive Oil
  • 2 tbsps Balsamic Vinegar, to taste
  • 4 Cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 1/2 tsps Dried Thyme
  • Salt and freshly ground Black Pepper, to taste


  1. In a glass bowl cook broccoli florets, mushrooms, baby corn, both zucchini, with enough hot water to cover them at 100% micro power level for 6 mins.
  2. Drain the veggies and place aside. Select the program and pre heat the oven at 180* C for 10 mins.
  3. Line the baking tray with butter paper & place marinated veggies along with, both bell peppers and onion in a single layer onto the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Add olive oil, balsamic vinegar, garlic and thyme and season with salt and pepper. Gently toss to combine.
  5. Place the tray on 3rd rack positioning into oven and bake for 15 minutes, or until tender.
  6. Serve immediately.
