Program: Top & bottom heater with fan

Pre heat temp: 50⁰C

Pre heat time: 10 mins

Cook temp: 50⁰C

Cook time: 12 mins





  • ½ cup condensed milk
  • 3 cup coconut (desiccated)
  • ¼ cup cream
  • ¼ cup chopped cashews & almonds
  • 500 grams milk chocolate





  1. Select the program and preheat the oven at 50⁰C
  2. In a large bowl add milk and sugar. Stir well till the sugar dissolves completely
  3. Add desiccated coconut, chopped nuts and mix. Now add the cream and mix till the mixture starts holding the shape
  4. Once done, cool the mixture. Make a ball sized mixture and shape it into a bar
  5. Keep refrigerated for 20 mins or until it sets completely.
  6. Chop the milk chocolate and place aside
  7. In another glass bowl melt milk chocolate at 50⁰C for 12 mins on 3rd rack position. Mix the chocolate and smoothen it with a spatula
  8. Now dip the coconut bars into melted chocolate and coat uniformly. Place into butter paper and refrigerate for at least 1 hour
  9. Store refrigerated in an air tight jar or cover individually in chocolate wrapping paper
