Sweet Mango Preserve Recipe in Microwave

A perfect summertime treat! Here’s an easy microwave oven recipe of Kacche Aam ka Chunda (Sweet Mango Preserve) by IFB Spice Secrets.
Servings: 1/2 kg
- 1 tsp pink salt
- 3 raw mangoes
- 1 tsp red chilli powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1.5 cups jaggery
1. Wash and grate the raw mangoes. Combine grated mango and jaggery powder in a glass bowl. Mix well and set aside for 10 mins.
2. Place the mixture in the Microwave Oven and cook at 100% micro power level for 10 mins.
3. Add the red chilli powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, pink salt and salt. Mix well and continue cooking for 5 mins.
4. Once cooled, store the Kacche Aam ka Chunda (Sweet Mango Preserve) in a glass container.
