Masala Ragi Porridge in Microwave

Make healthy Masala Ragi Porridge on Mother’s Day and show your care using this easy microwave oven recipe by IFB Spice Secrets.

Servings: 1 Mug
Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp ragi
- 2 tbsp amaranth flour
- 1 tbsp chopped tomatoes
- 1 tbsp chopped onions
- 1 tbsp boiled green peas
- 1 tbsp boiled corns
- 1/4th tsp turmeric
- ½ tsp chopped green chillies
- 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves
- A few curry leaves
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp lemon juice
- ½ tsp ghee
- 100 ml water
Preparation:
1. Mix all dry ingredients first in the mug except water and ghee.
2. Add water and combine all ingredients well.
3. Place the mug in the microwave at 100% micro power level for 2.5 mins.
4. Serve masala ragi porridge with a swirl of ghee.
