Tandoori Mozzarella Sticks

Ingredients
- 1 block Mozzarella Cheese, cut into sticks
- 100 gms Tandoori marinade (Curd, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric, red chilly powder, ginger garlic paste, lemon juice, kasuri methi)
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
For dredging:
- 1 cup Corn flakes, finely crushed
- 1no Egg, beaten
Preparation:
- Pre heat the oven at 180°C
- In a bowl combine the mozzarella sticks with the tandoori seasoning. Set aside
- In another bowl beat an egg, dip a stick and then toss in the cornflakes mixture to coat well. Repeat for all of the strips.
- Place on a greased baking tray and bake for 10mins, turning half way through.
- Top with finely chopped coriander and serve with a mint & yogurt chutney.
