Sugar-Free Chocolate Soufflé in Microwave Oven

Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 cup paneer
- 6 tbsp Stevia
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 2 tbsp whole wheat flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 4 tsp fresh cream
- 4 tsp dark chocolate, grated
Preparation:
- Combine all ingredients except the cream and chocolate and blend in a mixer to a smooth paste.
- Remove to a bowl, add the cream, chocolate and mix well.
- Divide the mixture into 6 equal portions and keep aside.
- Pour 1 portion of the mixture in a 100 mm (4”) microwave safe glass bowl and microwave on high for 1 min 20 secs.
- Repeat the previous step to make 5 more pies.
- Serve immediately.
