Sugar-Free Chocolate Soufflé in Microwave Oven

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 cup paneer
  • 6 tbsp Stevia
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 2 tbsp whole wheat flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 4 tsp fresh cream
  • 4 tsp dark chocolate, grated

Preparation:

  1. Combine all ingredients except the cream and chocolate and blend in a mixer to a smooth paste.
  2. Remove to a bowl, add the cream, chocolate and mix well.
  3. Divide the mixture into 6 equal portions and keep aside.
  4. Pour 1 portion of the mixture in a 100 mm (4”) microwave safe glass bowl and microwave on high for 1 min 20 secs.
  5. Repeat the previous step to make 5 more pies.
  6. Serve immediately.
