Stuffed Mozzarella Garlic Bread

Stuffed Mozzarella Garlic Bread

Program: Convection

Cook Temp: 200°C

Cook Time: 12 mins


For Dough

  • 280 gms Refined flour
  • 10 gms yeast
  • 10gms olive oil
  • 10gms sugar
  • 8gms salt


  • 100 gms Processed cheddar
  • 125 gms grated mozzarella
  • 1/4 cup fresh chopped oregano

Garlic drizzle:

  • 5 garlic clove crushed/chopped
  • 200 ml olive oil
  • Parsley fresh


  1. Add all ingredients in a clean bowl and knead for 15 mins. Once done, apply olive oil on the smooth side, cover with a cling wrap, allow the dough to rest for 30 mins.
  2. Prepare cheese mix, Grated mozzarella & cheddar cheese in a bowl and add chopped oregano.
  3. Line a baking sheet with greaseproof paper. Knead the dough on a clean surface and divide the dough into 12 portions. On a floured surface roll each into a circle.
  4. Add a spoonful of cheese mix to the centre and fold the round into a semi-circle on the hand like a pouch, seal the edges.
  5. Bake on a low rack in a preheated oven at 200°C for 12 mins until golden. Brush the garlic oil generously while the bread is hot.
  6. Serve hot.
