Stuffed Mozzarella Garlic Bread

Ingredients:
For Dough
- 280 gms Refined flour
- 10 gms yeast
- 10gms olive oil
- 10gms sugar
- 8gms salt
Filling:
- 100 gms Processed cheddar
- 125 gms grated mozzarella
- 1/4 cup fresh chopped oregano
Garlic drizzle:
- 5 garlic clove crushed/chopped
- 200 ml olive oil
- Parsley fresh
Preparation:
- Add all ingredients in a clean bowl and knead for 15 mins. Once done, apply olive oil on the smooth side, cover with a cling wrap, allow the dough to rest for 30 mins.
- Prepare cheese mix, Grated mozzarella & cheddar cheese in a bowl and add chopped oregano.
- Line a baking sheet with greaseproof paper. Knead the dough on a clean surface and divide the dough into 12 portions. On a floured surface roll each into a circle.
- Add a spoonful of cheese mix to the centre and fold the round into a semi-circle on the hand like a pouch, seal the edges.
- Bake on a low rack in a preheated oven at 200°C for 12 mins until golden. Brush the garlic oil generously while the bread is hot.
- Serve hot.
