Shellfish & Broccoli Stew

Shellfish & Broccoli Stew

Program: Broil

Cook Temp: 180°C

Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients:

  • 100 gms shelled and deveined shrimps
  • 50 gms clams (with shells & washed)
  • 50 gms canned crab meat
  • 100 gms Broccoli
  • 30 gms onions
  • ½ tsp ginger garlic paste
  • 2 tbsps tomato puree
  • 250 ml Coconut milk
  • ½ tsp Parsley chopped
  • 1 tsp paprika powder
  • ½ tsp cumin powder
  • ½ tsp coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper powder
  • ½ tsp curry powder
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice
  • ½ tsp cornstarch
  • 3 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 tbsp chopped coriander (reserve for garnish)
  • Salt to taste
  • 400 ml Stock (chicken cube 1 + 400 ml hot water)

Preparation:

  1. Select the program & preheat the oven at 180°
  2. Wash and clean all shellfish.
  3. Combine all ingredients into a glass casserole including salt and chicken stock. Allow this uncooked stew mixture to rest for 10 mins. Cover the casserole with a foil paper.
  4. After 10 mins, bake for 30 mins at 180° After 20 mins, stir the mixture gently; continue cooking for remaining 10 mins.
  5. Once done, allow the shellfish stew to rest for 10 mins.
  6. Serve hot shellfish & broccoli stew with freshly baked bread.
