Ingredients:
For the cookie:
- 300 g Nutella
- 1 no Egg
- 85 g Flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 50 g chocolate chips
For the vanilla butter cream:
- 75 g Unsalted butter, softened
- 110 g icing sugar
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp milk
Preparation :
- Pre heat the oven at 180 ⁰C
- In a bowl add Nutella, egg, flour, baking powder and mix still combined then add the chocolate chips.
- Scoop up 1 tbsp of dough, roll in a ball and place it on a lined baking tray and bake for 8 mins.
- Remove from the oven and allow it to cool.
For the vanilla butter cream:
- In a bowl add butter and cream, icing sugar and cream till combine. Then add vanilla essence and milk and whisk still smooth.
Assembling:
- Take a cooled cookie, and pipe out a dollop on the bottom side of the cookie.
- Cover the filling with another cookie. Chill all the cookies before serving.
