Matcha Green Tea Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients:

  • 10 gms Pumpkin seeds
  • 10 gms Chia seeds
  • 10 gms Almond
  • 10 gms Dried Raspberries
  • 2 nos Banana
  • 2 tbsps Matcha green tea powder
  • 30 gms Water Chestnuts
  • 30 gms Musk Melon
  • 250 ml Milk
  • 10 nos Dates

Preparation :

  1. In a bowl add pumpkin seeds, chia seeds, almonds, water chestnut and roast for 6 mins at 60% micro power level stirring every 1 min.
  2. Once done, let the seeds mixture cool down completely.
  3. Soak dates in water and cook for 3 mins at 100% micro power level.
  4. Peel and dice the musk melon, banana and blend it to a smooth consistency adding the roasted seeds, water chestnut, milk and soaked dates.
  5. Now add the matcha green tea powder and blend further.
  6. Chill the smoothie and serve.
