Four Beans Fritters

Ingredients:
- 50 gms soaked soya beans
- 50 gms soaked whole chana
- 50 gms sprouted moong
- 50 gms soaked rajma
- 1 small onion
- 1 tsp ginger
- 1 tbsp garlic
- 1 tsp green Chilli
- 30 gms fresh Coriander Leaves
Masala:
- ½ tsp coriander Powder
- 1 tsp garam Masala Powder
- Salt to taste
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 tsp Turmeric powder
- ½ cup Breadcrumbs
- 2 tbsp besan
- 1 tsp Onion Powder
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
Coating:
- 200 gms crushed cornflakes
- 100 ml Corn flour slurry (100ml water + 2 tbsp corn flour)
- 200 ml Olive oil (for brushing)
Preparation:
- Soak all beans in water for 8 hours or over-night. Once soaked well, drain the water, and wash the beans twice.
- In a small grinder jar, grind soaked beans with coriander, chopped ginger, garlic and chopped onions without water. (Grind coarsely)
- Transfer the grounded bean mixture in a bowl and add all ingredients under masala. Mix well and check for the seasoning.
- Pre heat the oven at 190°
- Take 1 tbsp portion of bean mixture and round them, flatten slightly like a kebab, dip in slurry and coat with cornflakes, arrange in a plate.
- Repeat for entire mixture and refrigerate all fritters for 1 hour in refrigerator.
- Arrange all fritters in greased and lined baking tray.
- Bake in pre heated oven for 25 mins or till the fritters are crisp.
- Serve hot & crispy healthy high protein fritter with mint chutney.
