Egg Toast in Microwave Oven

Ingredients:
- 4 nos eggs
- ½ tsp Salt
- ½ tsp Pepper
- 10gms Garlic chopped
- 1 tbsp Sriracha (Chili sauce)
- 1 tbsp Yogurt
- 1 nos Onion chopped
- 1 Bread loaf or Baguette
- Butter
- Romaine lettuce
- Spring onion for Garnish
- Chilli flakes for Garnish
Preparation :
- In a bowl add hot water, eggs (to be fully immersed) and boil at 80% Micro power level for 12mins. Cool the eggs and remove the shell. Separate the yolks and the egg white.
- Add salt, pepper, chopped garlic, yogurt to the egg yolk and mix. Chop the egg whites and add them to yolk mixture along with chopped onions.
- Slice the bread loaf or Baguette, apply some butter and toast them at 180⁰C for 12 mins. (6 mins each side)
- Place lettuce leaf on the toast slice and spread the egg filling over and garnish with some spring onion and some chili flakes and serve.
