Crispy Dum Aloo Nuggets

Ingredients:
Mixture:
- 4 boiled potatoes
- 50gms grated paneer
For flavouring:
- 1tbsp ginger garlic paste
- 1tsp fennel seeds
- 2tbsp tomato puree
- 1nos onion grated
- 3nos chopped green chillies
- 30gms coriander leaves chopped
- 1½ tbsp ready-made pickle masala
- ½ tsp Garam masala powder
- 1tsp Lemon juice
- ½ tsp turmeric
- Salt to taste
- 2tbsp Bread crumbs as required
- Mustard oil for brushing
Coating:
- 100gms Panko bread crumb
- 100 ml milk
Accompaniments:
- Tomato ketchup or Mustard mayo
Preparation:
- Pre-heat the oven at 180°C.
- Take a large bowl and add the boiled potatoes. Mash the potatoes along with grated paneer.
- Now add all flavouring ingredients and mix well. Add bread crumb and mix well.
- Take 1 tbsp and shape them into flat and round patties. Dip the nuggets in milk-wash and coat with bread crumbs shape each portion into oval shape and press slightly.
- Arrange the nuggets on a plate and refrigerate for 30 mins.
- Line the baking tray with butter paper. After 30 mins, arrange nuggets on the tray leaving approx 2 cms.
- Bake for 20 mins till golden brown & crisp, baste after every 5 mins with mustard oil.
- Serve hot and crispy dum aloo nuggets with tomato ketchup or mustard mayonnaise.
