Coffee Cocoa Loaf

Program: Convection

Cook Temp: 180°C                                            

Cook Time: 45-50 mins

Ingredients:

Dry ingredients:

  • 220 gms All-purpose flour
  • 60 g whole wheat flour
  • 180 gms Coconut sugar
  • 40 gms Cocoa powder
  • 1 ½ tsp Baking soda
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • A pinch of salt

Wet ingredients:

  • 120 ml Espresso
  • 60 gms oil
  • 350 ml water
  • 1 ½ tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1tsp vanilla extract

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven at 180°
  2. Mix all the dry ingredients in one bowl and all the wet ingredients in another bowl.
  3. Then combine both the mixtures together.
  4. Take loaf tin. Line with butter paper and pour the dough into it.
  5. Bake for approx 45-50 mins. Slice and serve with jam, yoghurt, fruits.
