Coffee Cocoa Loaf

Cook Temp: 180°C
Cook Time: 45-50 mins
Ingredients:
Dry ingredients:
- 220 gms All-purpose flour
- 60 g whole wheat flour
- 180 gms Coconut sugar
- 40 gms Cocoa powder
- 1 ½ tsp Baking soda
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- A pinch of salt
Wet ingredients:
- 120 ml Espresso
- 60 gms oil
- 350 ml water
- 1 ½ tsp apple cider vinegar
- 1tsp vanilla extract
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven at 180°
- Mix all the dry ingredients in one bowl and all the wet ingredients in another bowl.
- Then combine both the mixtures together.
- Take loaf tin. Line with butter paper and pour the dough into it.
- Bake for approx 45-50 mins. Slice and serve with jam, yoghurt, fruits.
