Blueberry Yogurt Chocolate

Blueberry Yogurt Chocolate

Cook Temp: 80% Micro power level
Cook Time: 5 mins
Ingredients:
- 200 gms Blueberries
- 50 gms Yogurt, hung
- 1 tsp Maple syrup
- 500 gms Dark chocolate (chopped)
Preparation:
- In a bowl add the blueberries, yogurt (add a dash of maple syrup if you’d like yoghurt a bit sweeter) and mix till coated completely.
- Scoop the coated blueberries and place on a butter paper and freeze for an hour.
- In a bowl add the chopped dark chocolate and melt for 5 mins on 60% micro power level, check after every minute and stir.
- Once the chocolate melts completely, dip the frozen blueberries yogurt balls, coat completely and place on the butter paper and cool until set in a refrigerator.
- Serve once set.
