Banana Pepper Wafers In Microwave Oven

Ingredients:
- 4 raw bananas
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper powder
Preparation:
- Peel the bananas and slice them using a wafer slicer.
- Place them on a microwave safe plate lined with a butter paper.
- Heat banana slices for 3 mins at 100% micro power level, turning them over once after 1 min.
- Sprinkle salt and pepper and heat at 100% micro power level for 2 mins.
