Program: Grill Mode

Cook time: 20 mins
Ingredients:
- 350 gms basa fish fillet (cut into 4cm*4cm)
- ½ cup hung curd
- 4 tbsp oil
- 2 tbsp onion paste
- 1 tsp ginger paste
- 1 tsp garlic paste
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1/4 tsp ajwain
- 1 tbsp red chili powder
- To taste salt
- Fresh coriander for garnish
Preparation:
- In a large bowl, add all the marinade ingredients and whisk to a smooth paste
- Now add the powdered spices and whisk everything evenly
- Wash fish chunks & add them to the marinade, using your hand evenly, coat all sides
- Cover the marinated bowl with a lid and refrigerate for an hour
- Skew the fish and put some coriander on it. Place the fish on a grill rack
- Select Grill mode and heat for 20 mins
- Serve hot with green chutney
