Ingredients:
For sandwich:
- 1 loaf foot long bread
Filling:
- 3 tbsp butter
- 4 thin slices chicken salami
- 3 tbsp shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 tbsp shredded mozzarella
- 2 eggs fried
- 2 tbsp Alfredo sauce
- 2 tbsp mustard sauce
- 1 tsp crushed black pepper
- 2 nos. romania lettuce
Preparation:
- Slice 2 pieces of the loaf and arrange on your work table
- Apply some butter & mustard sauce on top of the bread slice
- Lay 4 slices of chicken salami; spread some Alfredo sauce, some shredded cheddar cheese & Romania lettuce over
- Place the other slice over the filling, apply some butter on both the sides and roast the bread in a pre-heated oven at 160⁰c for 6 min
- Sprinkle some shredded mozzarella cheese gratin and place the fried egg over the sandwich & sprinkle some crushed black pepper
- Slice and serve hot
