Creamy Mushroom Tartlets

Ingredients:
- 1 packet puff pastry sheet
For filling:
- 50 gms mushrooms
- 50 gms baked beans (no juice)
- 1 tbsp sweet chili sauce
- 1tbsp sweet onion sauce
- 3 tbsp chopped tomatoes
- ½ tsp chili powder
- 1 mid size onion thinly, sliced
- 50 gms grated mozzarella cheese
- Salt & black pepper powder, to taste
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- 1/2 lemon juice
For Egg Wash:
- 1 egg + 50 ml of water
Preparation:
- Select the program & reheat the oven at 190°C
- In a glass bowl mix all ingredients for the filling
- Cut the ready puff pastry sheets into squares with dimension of 9cm x 9cm, place 1 tsp of filling on puff pastry on center of one square piece, brush the edges on sides with egg wash. Now gently lift the puff sheet and place it in a greased muffin mold
- Apply generous egg wash on edge of each puff. Now sprinkle a hand full of water over the puffs and the baking tray
- Gently place the baking tray with puffs in the oven on 3rd rack positioning in the pre heated oven
- Bake for 20 mins until the puffs are risen & crisp. Serve hot
