Program: Top and bottom heater with fan

Cook temp: 20 mins
Ingredients:
Cover:
- 10 puff sheets (4’’ x 4’’)
- 100 ml milk + 2 tbsp sugar (milk wash)
Filling:
- 100 gms milk chocolate, chopped
- 100 gms dark chocolate, chopped
- 25 nos marshmallow
Preparation:
- Select the program and pre heat the oven
- Press one marshmallow gently and stuff with some chopped milk & dark chocolate. Cover & seal the chocolate by bringing the edge of marsh mellow close
- Place the stuffed chocolate marsh mellow on the puff sheet
- Fold the puff sheet like a notebook, press edges with fork, ensuring they are sealed
- Place the folded puffs on the baking tray and sprinkle some water on the tray
- Give milk wash, place on 3rd rack position in pre heated oven and bake for 20 mins or till puffs are golden brown
- Serve hot and crisp
