| SYMPTOM | PROBLEM CAUSE | SOLUTION |
| There is a strong gas smell. | The gas connection could be leaking because of incorrect installation or damaged piping. | Do not use any electrical equipment or operate any electrical switches. - If any burners are on, turn all of them off immediately. - Shut off the gas supply at the valve or gas bottle if possible. - Open a window to let the gas out. - Contact your local authorised service center. |
