1. The drum touches the sides while starting the spin cycle. Your mechanic could not correct it. This may be due to improper balancing of the machine. Surprised that the installation technician does not carry a bubble level with him to ensure proper levelling of the machine. This costs less than ₹200/=
2. The operation manual is very vague and doesn't explain properly how the preferred mode is set on the machine. One has to learn it by trial and error.
3. The installation technicians did not appear to be qualified. He struggled with installing the rat mesh and in the end it was installed the wrong way. A second Technitian who came later corrected it.Probably your outsourced agency is further outsourcing the work to local mechanics. He nether carried any IFB badge nor had the verification codereadily with him. He called back to some place and gave me that.
