Product Shipments


Due to movement restrictions, curfews and other steps taken by the centre/state to curb the spread of COVID-19, product shipments may be delayed. Shipments will depend upon the status in your city/state and deliveries will be made in accordance with movement guidelines in the city/state.


Our logistics and delivery personnel are trained in safety and sanitization procedures stipulated by the government to ensure that the delivery of your product is 100% safe and you stay worry-free. We appreciate your patience and cooperation and are looking forward to serve you.


Service and Support


We have resumed product service and support, and your service request will be catered to depending upon the COVID-19 situation in the area/city.


Due to the notified protocols to curb the spread of COVID-19, we are operating with limited staff at our call centres and experiencing heavy volumes. In case you find any difficulty to reach our numbers, please email us at customerservice@ifbglobal.com for your requirements.


If you have registered your request with IFB, your safety is our utmost priority. We are following hygiene protocols laid by the government and public health agencies so that a visit by an IFB service technician can be 100% safe for you.


Our technicians are adhering to protocols such as regular disinfection and temperature checks, sanitizing themselves and their equipment, wearing mask and gloves, washing their hands regularly and maintaining social distancing.


We further request you to follow social distancing during the visit, allow the technician to wash hands before and after the work, and also inform them if anyone is quarantined at the service site.

IFB Points


Most IFB Points, our exclusive stores, across the country are open for visit, and we promise you 100% safe shopping experience.


All employees at IFB Points are following in-store safety protocols, including daily temperature checks, filling a health check sheet, wearing masks, frequent handwashing, sanitizing and maintaining social distancing.


Daily and frequent sanitization of the store is also being carried out, especially for high-touch surfaces such as entry door, work stations, furniture, computers and other items.
