The machine regs 7kg top loading fully automatic is a good one , 14 years old machine service was uninterrupted but service installation part is pathetic though they are outsourced but represing IFB which IFB service dept must be aware. They don't know how to talk with a customer to fix a time for installation or any job. Their language is horrible , talking like irresponsible street smarts, not able to fix a time to attend bcz of adamant attitude which was informed to seller n request was made to return IFB washing machine or exchange for another brand to which reliance digital taken seriously n co-ordinated with IFB state service head n finally Service head solved the problem after 15 minutes interaction with her.
