However regret to talk about bad experience from installation technician. He forced us to purchase "Eco crystal" water softener for Rs. 1850/-. The same product is available on e-commerce websites at Rs. 666/- Secondly he was also trying to sell us drum cleaner powder worth Rs. 1000/- for 5 pouches(Rs. 200/- per pouch). Same product is available on e-commerce sites for Rs. 320/- for 8 pouches (Rs. 40/- per pouch)! Fortunately we did not purchase these pouches from him as same were already in our stock.
Be cautious dealing with such technicians.
It has been 10 days now, the machine is not here, the support staff don't even have the basic logistical tracking software to tell me where it is. They keep making promises about getting back to me but never do.
IFB wasted my time and gave me a horribly negative experience of buying an Indian brand and deleted my negative reviews. My nationalist sentiments are hurt.
Im hoping they are better at refunds than at delivering appliances or customer support.
