Posted 3 days agoWe are seeking motivated and experienced Area Sales Executives or Senior Area Sales Executives to join our retail operations team. In this role, you will manage and develop dealer relationships, drive sales growth, and ensure optimal product placement in assigned territories. Your responsibilities will include visiting dealers, managing product introductions, and overseeing merchandising and training. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong sales background, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic market environment.
As an Area Sales Executive or Senior Area Sales Executive, you'll be a crucial part of our retail operations team. Your role involves managing dealer relationships, executing sales strategies, and driving growth in your assigned territory. We value individuals who are proactive, results-driven, and capable of building strong rapport with stakeholders. You'll be responsible for various aspects of dealer management and sales operations, including problem resolution, merchandising, and training.
Regularly visit and engage with existing dealers to ensure alignment and address any concerns.
Build and maintain strong relationships with dealer owners, managers, and key decision-makers.
Introduce new products and drive sales growth through effective selling techniques.
Ensure proper product placement and planogram adherence in dealer stores.
Oversee and manage receivables to ensure timely collections.
Address and escalate issues related to sales, service, and commercials as needed.
Conduct training sessions for store promoters to enhance their product knowledge and sales skills.
Regularly check and maintain merchandising standards at dealer locations.
Identify and onboard new dealers to expand the distribution network.
Gather and report feedback on competitor activities and market trends.
At least 2 years of experience in front-line sales, preferably in a retail environment.
Strong ability to develop and maintain professional relationships with dealers and stakeholders.
Proven track record in driving sales and achieving targets.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and email.
Willingness to relocate and adapt to new markets and environments.
Competence in basic arithmetic for invoicing and sales calculations.
18 to 20 days of market work each month to drive sales and manage dealer relationships.
Regular updates and reports on sales activities, market trends, and dealer feedback.
