Enjoy Pizza Puffs as a delightful twist on the classic flavours of pizza, encapsulated within the light, flaky layers of puff pastry. Good things emerge when the heartiness of traditional pizza toppings meets French pastry technique. A spread of pizza sauce on a pastry sheet is a canvas for a colourful mosaic of corn, vibrant bell peppers in yellow, red, and green, and juicy cherry tomatoes nestled beneath a generous blanket of mozzarella cheese. Add fresh basil leaves for aromatic freshness, while mixed herbs add depth. A light brush of milk on the pastry ensures a golden, glossy finish upon baking. Ideal for gatherings, parties, or a fun family cooking session, pizza puffs promise a unique and flavorful experience that transcends the ordinary.

Dal Vada Burger

Culinary fusion is a magical place to experiment and play. The Dal Vada Burger is a delightful marriage of traditional Indian flavours and the iconic burger. You swap the potato tikki with a crunchy chana dal tikki, lettuce gets replaced by iron-rich spinach, and mayonnaise gives way to good old dahi. You’ll feel guilt-free when you feed this finger-licking snack to all you know. Each bite will surprise you as the freshness of spinach meets the wholesome spiced dal tikki before meshing with a yoghurt spread. And, for your Anglacised guests, you can serve it up as ‘Lentil Fritters in a Bun’ for a good laugh. However, they’ll likely never want a regular burger again!
