Ingredients
  • 2 Cups Cooked Rice (preferably chilled)
  • 2 tbsp Teriyaki Sauce
  • 1 Cup Mixed Frozen Vegetables
  • 2 Eggs, beaten
  • 2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
Method
  • Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  • Add frozen vegetables and stir-fry for a couple of minutes until they start to soften.
  • Push the vegetables to one side of the pan and add beaten eggs to the other side. Scramble the eggs until cooked through.
  • Add cooked rice to the pan and stir-fry for a few minutes, breaking up clumps.
  • Pour teriyaki sauce over the rice and vegetables, stirring well to combine. Continue cooking for another 2-3 minutes.
  • Remove from heat and serve hot.
