Ingredients

4 Medium Zucchini
½ Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
¼ Cup Breadcrumbs
2 tbsp Olive Oil
Salt and pepper to taste

Method

Preheat the oven to 200°C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper
Slice the zucchini into rounds or sticks
In a bowl, combine the Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper
Toss the zucchini in olive oil and coat them with the Parmesan mixture
