Ingredients

  • 4 Medium Zucchini                        
  • ½ Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • ¼ Cup Breadcrumbs                  
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil                        
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method

  • Preheat the oven to 200°C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper
  • Slice the zucchini into rounds or sticks
