Regional Table is an exploration of India’s rich culinary heritage, told through the lens of its regional cuisines. The project unfolds in two parts — an immersive exhibition and a quarterly periodical. Each exhibition highlights a specific region, showcasing its food history through curated dishes, stories of origin, cultural context, and traditional techniques. These dishes are cooked and served on-site, allowing visitors to experience the flavors and history. Complementing the experience, the Regional Table periodical documents these traditions — from historical narratives and community memories to original recipes — creating a lasting archive of India’s diverse food cultures.
