Hassleback Potatoes

Hasselback Potatoes is a visually stunning and delicious twist on the classic baked potato. With beautifully fanned slices, these potatoes are named after the Hasselbacken Restaurant in Stockholm, where this dish was first served in the 1950s. Thin, even slices are cut almost all the way through the potato, creating a crispy exterior and a tender, creamy interior. Maximum exposure to seasoning ensures that each bite is infused with the herby flavour of thyme. Soaked in butter and sprinkled with parmesan cheese, these potatoes are elegant enough to serve at any dinner party. Pair with a hearty steak or serve alongside a holiday roast to impress and delight with a perfect combination of crispy edges and soft, flavourful insides.
