A spread of pizza sauce on a pastry sheet is a canvas for a colourful mosaic of corn, vibrant bell peppers in yellow, red, and green, and juicy cherry tomatoes nestled beneath a generous blanket of mozzarella cheese. Add fresh basil leaves for aromatic freshness, while mixed herbs add depth. A light brush of milk on the pastry ensures a golden, glossy finish upon baking.
