Ingredients
  • 2 Boneless Chicken Breast
  • 1 Cooked Potato
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Egg
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Cornstarch
  • ½ tsp Ground Pepper
  • Oil for brushing
Method
  • Select the program and preheat the oven to 180⁰C.
  • In a mixer jar, add the chicken breast, cooked potato, onion, egg, salt, pepper, corn starch and blend until smooth paste.
  • Shape into a bunch of chicken nuggets or desired shape and place on a lined baking tray.
  • Bake for 20 minutes.
  • Serve hot with tomato sauce or mayonnaise.
