Ingredients

  • 200 gm Paneer
  • 2 tsp Red Chili Powder
  • 2 tsp Tandoori Masala
  • 1 tsp Turmeric Powder (Haldi)
  • Coriander, Chopped
  • Mint, chopped
  • 2 tsp Curd
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil 

Method

  • Marinate the paneer with curd, salt, oil, red chilli powder, tandoori masala, turmeric, chopped coriander and mint.
  • Heat the microwave magic tawa on OFC H2 mode, place the paneer on skewers with some vegetables, place them on the tawa and bake it for 8-10 minutes.
  • Serve hot with some mint mayonnaise.
