Ingredients
- 200 gm Paneer
- 2 tsp Red Chili Powder
- 2 tsp Tandoori Masala
- 1 tsp Turmeric Powder (Haldi)
- Coriander, Chopped
- Mint, chopped
- 2 tsp Curd
- Salt to taste
- Oil
Method
- Marinate the paneer with curd, salt, oil, red chilli powder, tandoori masala, turmeric, chopped coriander and mint.
- Heat the microwave magic tawa on OFC H2 mode, place the paneer on skewers with some vegetables, place them on the tawa and bake it for 8-10 minutes.
- Serve hot with some mint mayonnaise.
