Method

To make the breadcrumbs in the food processor, place chunks of bread in the processor or blender jar. Pulse to desired crumb size, approximately the size of grains of rice.
Spread the crumbs on a microwave-safe glass plate and keep it in the microwave.
Turn the knob to HIGH for 6-9 minutes.
Cool the breadcrumbs and keep them in an airtight jar.
