Method

  •  Wash the tomatoes and give cross slits, like a little ‘X’ with a knife on both ends.
  • Place tomatoes in a microwave-safe bowl and into the microwave. Turn the knob to HIGH and run for 6-8 minutes.
  • Once the program is completed, the tomato skins should slide off easily, and the tomatoes should be pulpy.
