Ingredients

100 gms Prawns
250 gms Rice
1 tsp Cloves (Laung)
1 Cinnamon Stick (Dalchini)
1 Bay Leaf (Tej Patta)
Salt to taste
Water for cooking
Oil

Method

Boil the prawns on 100% micro power for 4-5 minutes and keep aside. Pour oil into another container and heat it for 30 seconds. Add the whole spices to the oil and cook it for another minute.
Add the rice to the bowl and stir it well, add a few chopped prawns and double the quantity of water. Cook the pulao for 40 minutes. Stir it every 10 minutes so that it cooks evenly.
Serve hot, along with some prawns garnished on top.
