Prawns Pulao

Ingredients
  • 100 gms Prawns
  • 250 gms Rice
  • 1 tsp Cloves (Laung)
  • 1 Cinnamon Stick (Dalchini)
  • 1 Bay Leaf (Tej Patta)
  • Salt to taste
  • Water for cooking
  • Oil
Method
  • Boil the prawns on 100% micro power for 4-5 minutes and keep aside. Pour oil into another container and heat it for 30 seconds. Add the whole spices to the oil and cook it for another minute.
  • Add the rice to the bowl and stir it well, add a few chopped prawns and double the quantity of water. Cook the pulao for 40 minutes. Stir it every 10 minutes so that it cooks evenly.
  • Serve hot, along with some prawns garnished on top.
