Ingredients

  • 200 gms Rice
  • Whole spices (bay leaf, cinnamon stick, clove, cardamom)
  • Salt to taste
  • 3 Onions
  • 350 ml Water
  • 50 gms Browned onion

Method

  • Cook the rice with whole spices and onion for about 15 minutes on microwave mode.
  • Garnish the rice with the browned onions. Serve hot.
