Ingredients

  • 200 gms Mutton
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Tomato
  • 1 Sprig Curry Leaves
  • 1 tsp Mustard Seeds (Rai)
  • 1tsp Cumin (Jeera)
  • Salt to taste
  • 50 ml Fresh Cream
  • 1 tbsp Garam Masala 

Method

  • Cook the mutton in the microwave in solo mode for 5-6 minutes. Heat oil in a different container and crackle the mustard seeds and curry leaves for 1 min. Add the onions and tomatoes and cook for 2 minutes.
  • Add cumin and stir. Then, add the mutton, fresh cream, and garam masala. Stir it and cook for another 4 minutes.
  • Serve hot.
