Ingredients
- 150 gms Peanuts
- 1 Onion
- 1 Tomato
- Coriander, chopped
- 1 Lemon
- 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
- Salt to taste
Method
- Heat the peanuts on solo mode at 100% micro power for 6-8 minutes. Rest the peanuts for 10 minutes after it’s cooked. Chop the onion and tomato.
- Remove the peanut skins and mix them with the onion and tomato. Add the coriander leaves, squeeze the lemon, add the masala, and stir it.
- Served best with a beverage.
