Ingredients

  • 10 gms Cardamom
  • 10 gms Cinnamon
  • 10 gms Cloves
  • 10 gms Ginger
  • 10 gms Cumin
  • 20 gms Sugar
  • Water
  • Tea Leaves
  • Milk

Method

  • Roast all the spices on solo mode at 100% micro power for 30 seconds.
  • Make tea with sugar, water and tea leaves. Add all the roasted spices to the tea and boil it on solo mode at 100% micro power for 2 minutes.
  • Strain all the spices and serve hot.
