Ingredients

  • 100 gms French Beans
  • 100 gms Green Peas
  • 1 Potato
  • Oil
  • 1 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  • Breadcrumbs for combining
  • Salt to taste

Method

  • Heat oil on solo mode at 100% micro power level and add the ginger-garlic paste. Add the boiled french beans, peas, and potato and cook for 5 minutes. Grind the mixture, add the bread crumbs and salt and mix well.
  • Form small coin-sized kebabs, heat the magic tawa on H2 mode and brush oil on it, place the kababs on the tawa and cook them for 8 minutes.
  • Serve hot with mango chutney and curd.
