Lemon Garlic Rice

Don’t let the simplicity of this recipe deceive you, for magic abounds when mil baithe teen yaar - rice, garlic, and lemon. Each grain tells a tale of lip-smacking citrus and garlic delight. When the three decided to twist and shout in a sizzling pan, the evergreen favourite Lemon Garlic Rice was born. Pair it with grilled or roasted chicken to complement the savoury and juicy flavour, or with pan-seared fish or curry to enjoy the tanginess balancing the natural sweetness of seafood. It just as easily enhances the earthy notes of grilled and wok-tossed vegetables. And for a taste of home, scoop some chilled, creamy curd on top and eat with roasted papad.

Dal Vada Burger

Culinary fusion is a magical place to experiment and play. The Dal Vada Burger is a delightful marriage of traditional Indian flavours and the iconic burger. You swap the potato tikki with a crunchy chana dal tikki, lettuce gets replaced by iron-rich spinach, and mayonnaise gives way to good old dahi. You’ll feel guilt-free when you feed this finger-licking snack to all you know. Each bite will surprise you as the freshness of spinach meets the wholesome spiced dal tikki before meshing with a yoghurt spread. And, for your Anglacised guests, you can serve it up as ‘Lentil Fritters in a Bun’ for a good laugh. However, they’ll likely never want a regular burger again!
