Ingredients
- 1 Cup Rice
- ½ Cup Dal
- ½ Cup Millets
- Water for cooking
- Oil
- 1 tsp Turmeric (Haldi)
- Salt to taste
- 30 gms Broccoli Florets
- 30 gms Yellow Squash
- 30 gms Cherry Tomatoes
Method
- Cook the soaked rice, dal, and millets on solo mode at 100% micropower level for 30 minutes, add salt for seasoning. After 20 minutes, add all the boiled vegetables and stir just before it is done.
- The khichadi should be in a smooth, flowing texture.
- Serve it hot.
