With our microwave recipe, you’ll be creating this flavourful masterpiece in no time. Both comforting and exciting to the palate, this everyday stir-fry is sure to steal the spotlight, no muss, no fuss. Bhindi Masala isn’t just a vegetable dish; it’s a culinary journey that proves the magic lies in simplicity. Ingredients

  • 5 Ladyfinger
  • 1 Tomato
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 tbsp Garam Masala
  • 2 tsp Red Chilli Powder
  • 1 tsp Turmeric (Haldi)
  • Oil for cooking

Method

  • Heat oil in a bowl in microwave mode. Add finely chopped onions and tomatoes, and cook for 2 minutes. Add all the masalas to the mixture and cook for another minute.
  • Cut the ladyfingers to an inch size. Boil it in another container containing water. Boil it in the microwave for 4-5 minutes. Strain it.
  • Add the boiled lady fingers to the masala, stir it, and cook it for 2 minutes.
  • Garnish it with coriander leaves and serve hot.
