Banana Halwa

Ingredients
- 3 Bananas
- 100 gms Jaggery Powder
- 50 gms Ghee
- 20 gms Cashew Nuts
- 5 gms Cardamom Powder (Elaichi)
Method
- Puree the banana and keep it aside.
- In a pan, add ghee and chopped cashew nuts and heat for 1 minute.
- Add the banana puree and cook for 12 minutes, continuously stirring.
- After 6 minutes, add jaggery and continue cooking till the mixture leaves the side of the pan.
- Set in a tray or serve hot, garnished with nuts.
