Banana Halwa

Ingredients
  • 3 Bananas
  • 100 gms Jaggery Powder
  • 50 gms Ghee
  • 20 gms Cashew Nuts
  • 5 gms Cardamom Powder (Elaichi)
Method
  • Puree the banana and keep it aside.
  • In a pan, add ghee and chopped cashew nuts and heat for 1 minute.
  • Add the banana puree and cook for 12 minutes, continuously stirring.
  • After 6 minutes, add jaggery and continue cooking till the mixture leaves the side of the pan.
  • Set in a tray or serve hot, garnished with nuts.
